“Simplicity is the peak of elegance” seems a fitting adage to describe the philosophy of @tasos_mantis who is the culinary director of @zogatinos at the lovely @aeolistinossuites. From the moment he took over the reins of the kitchen, he transformed the restaurant into one of the best in the island, presenting a series of elegant and modern dishes that stand out for the memories they evoke from the traditional Greek table. They have also made their own garden in the hotel, which can’t go unnoticed since it gives an extra dimension to the purity of flavors.
